We are looking for a HR Executive to support our business in Germany. The HR Executive is the first point of contact for FGER employees, accurately answering HR-related questions and providing exceptional customer service. The role also provides support to the board of management and liaisons with other teams.
Full recruitment process: coordinate with global recruitment team to search for potential candidates, manage candidates through the interview process, gather feedback and ensure a positive candidate experience
Contact person for employees and managers along the entire employee life cycle
Be responsible for administrative implementation of HR processes, in particular, preparation of employment contracts, agreements and confirmations
Managing employees’ records in the database, general admin related to the role
Supporting with the procedures of working visa application process to ensure legal compliance
Taking on organizational tasks, initiating supporting the implementation of projects (e.g. Onboarding, Performance Evaluation, Personnel Development, Employer Branding)
Employee Relations – provision of guidance and oversight of all ER issues (grievance, disciplinary, restructuring etc). Ensuring issues are handled fairly and consistently within scope of established legislation, guidelines and practices
Employee Care: conception and implementation of activities within Employee Care program to boost employee satisfaction.
Actively participate in the establishment of standards and the optimization of policies and processes
Responsible for development and execution of HR strategy and People Plans in order to support the business goals and strategic priorities
