Your job as an Account Manager is to identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship, communicating new product (Solution) developments to prospective clients.
The Account manager (AM) will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, uncover new opportunities to contribute to the company’s success with clients.
S/he provides after-sales support to retain customers and ensures prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries. The role provides accurate sales forecasts to the Managing Director, negotiates contracts with prospective clients and contributes to client visits and pre-sales demonstrations.
