The Job
- On-site in Munich for at least 2 days per week (in coordination with IT Admin)
- Remote Work / Remote Support
- Mobile Device Management (Microsoft AutoPilot, Apple DEP, Azure Endpoint Manager)
- Reporting / Monitoring of Microsoft solutions
- Microsoft Office Support (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
- SSO (SAML/OAUTH) Administration
- Onboarding/Offboarding of new employees
- PKI Administration
- Consulting and solution for employees (MS Forms, Sharepoint)
- Support in Data Sharing Tools (OvB, Sharepoint)
Your Skills and Experience
- IT / Computer science related professional training or degree.
- Fundamental knowledge in Network technology (LAN/WAN/VLAN/WIFI/Firewalls)
- Fundamental knowledge in (mobile) Device and Asset management
- Fundamental knowledge in Microsoft Azure (Active directory)
- Fundamental knowledge in Information security (Access and Permissions, Passwords, MFA/2FA, Encryption, VPN)
- Good knowledge about end user security topics (BSI/ISO27x,TISAX is an advantage)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Manager / InTune
- Office 365 solutions: Senior/Expert Level
- Knowledge in Cloud share and collaboration solutions, especially Microsoft Sharepoint / OneDrive for Business
- Knowledge in Mailing, Microsoft Exchange and Mail security
- Knowledge in telephone services, iOS / Apple devices
- German C1, English B2+
