SAP Sales Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us to grow our company and expand our current customer base with new perspective clients within the SAP area.

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and organizing sales of SAP capabilities within FPT Software Europe.

The Job

  • Attract new customers and develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients
  • Effectively engage with Top management to create new opportunities for potentional service delivery
  • Develop ideas and create offers and value propositions
  • Facilitate the negotiations and closing activities
  • Effectively engage with presales and SAP delivery unite to secure their support & collaborating in closing deals
  • Manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team
  • Support efforts and/or gain client agreement for press releases, use of references, etc.
  • Establish qualification and win strategy and power map
  • Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for SAP area
  • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within FPT, involving negotiating or influencing decision making on significant matters
  • Power to influence or complete assignments independently and ability to make decisions, as indicated by latitude to devise work products or plans, reliance on instruction and decision-making ability (depending on level of experience)
  • Analysis and observation of important business processes in sales and distribution, using sales-relevant key figures (analyses of revenue growth, costs, customers, quotation and sales order development, credit management, sales activities)
  • Strategic and operational planning of sales goals
  • Budget planning and budget responsibility
  • Maintenance of customer relationships and customer support

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience and understanding of SAP ERP solutions (R3, ECC, S4 HAHA, BTP, S4 HANA Cloud)
  • Experience in selling SAP services (for ex: SAP ERP, BI, AMS, Upgrades etc.) is a MUST
  • Experience in one or more industries i.e Communication, IT Technology, Health
    & public sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing & Logistics
  • Relationships with industry leads in the German/EU market
  • Experience in SAP Application Support – Application managed service
  • Experience with tender bids for managed service support
  • Proven relationships with C-suite clients, both established and emerging clients
  • Developing early credibility internally as well as with clients – build trust and
    partnership with current and new clients
  • Facilitating the negotiations and closing activities
  • Manage the successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team
  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English and German language
