Neil initially studied and trained as a software engineer, and holds a BSc in Computer Software Technology from the University of Bath. He is also a Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce).
His expertise covers the ability to combine the usage of IT tools with organizational changes and business requirements to solutions. These solutions are always successful implemented to the business by transformation projects. Such solutions where implemented for several functions (Finance, Logistics, HR, Sales, Operations), where he was either in the project lead or in the lead of the automation sub-project. In addition, he conducted many internal projects which were started to improve efficiency or quality of our processes.
Since April 2017, he is a member of a global Shared services team with the target to optimize the process landscape at the Schaeffler Group. Within these activities he is responsible to drive the process automation and digitalization.
Sudip holds the Master degree in Business Administration from SCMHRD (India). As a technology enthusiast, he believes that Digital Technologies (SMAC, IoT, Cloud, AI/ML) are key to business transformation globally.
He currently participates as an automation consultant in FPT Digital Transformation program, not only to optimize what the company is doing but also to define the new way of working in the digital world.
