Mrs. Chu Thi Thanh Ha, born in 1974, was appointed FPT Software Chairwoman in March 2020. Having a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa, United States, she is an effective administrator with proven capabilities to build resources and team cohesion. Over the past 27 years, Mrs. Ha has held various senior management roles within FPT and its member companies, including Chairwoman of FPT Telecom (2019-March 2020), Deputy General Director of FPT (2011-2015), Chairwoman of FPT Retail (2012-2017), CEO of FPT Telecom (2009-2011) and Vice CEO of FPT Telecom (2003-2009).

Mrs. Ha played an important role in making FPT Telecom one of the leading telecommunications and Internet services providers in Vietnam. She earned a Certificate of Merit from Vietnam’s Prime Minister for her valuable contribution to the country’s Internet industry and also received numerous recognitions from Vietnam’s Ministry of Information and Communications. She was recognized by Forbes as one of the 50 most influential Vietnamese businesswomen in 2017.

Fresh out of HCMC University of Science & Technology, Pham Minh Tuan embarked on an IT career at FPT Corporation in 1996 and since then has taken on multiple roles within FPT as well as its member companies. In 1999, Tuan was appointed Technology Director of FPT India, taking the very first steps in realizing the company’s “Go Global” mission. From 2002 to 2010, he helped to grow FPT Software into a global outsourcing company with a presence in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the U.S, and Europe. During this period, Tuan held several management positions at FPT Software including Director of the Enterprise Solutions Unit at FPT Software (2002 – 2004); Managing Director of FPT Software Ho Chi Minh (2004 – 2011), and Vice President of FPT Software (2006 – 2010). After nearly a decade, Tuan took on new challenges as CEO of FPT Technology Solutions (2012-2014) and CEO of FPT Information System (2014-2018). He returned to FPT Software as CEO since March 2018.

Mr. Nguyen Khai Hoan graduated from the Academy of Finance under the Government of Federal Republic of Russia in 1999 and successfully obtained a Ph.D. degree in economics, specializing in investment at the Institute of economics under the Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation in 2003. In the same year, he joined FPT as a specialist in the Accounting and Finance Department.

From 2004 to 2005, he was appointed Chief Accountant of FPT Software, a subsidiary of FPT Corporation. From 2005 to date, he was named CFO of FPT Software, responsible for supervising and operating accounting and finance activities of FPT Software in Vietnam as well as branches and offices in foreign countries such as Japan, USA, Asia Pacific region and Europe.

Mr. Le Hong Hai (Hai Le) has been appointed to Managing Director of FPT Germany since January 2017.

Mr. Le Hong Hai graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering and MBA, starting his career at FPT Software in 2003. He has a strong technical background gained through his positions as Developer (2003-2006), Project Manager (2006-2010), Division Leader (2010-2011) and Operations Manager (2010-2016). Over 15 years working as a senior manager in Singapore, the United States and United Kingdom, leading more than 1,500 employees, Mr. Hai has accumulated solid management experience. As a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified manager, he has successfully delivered hundreds projects to customers from various industries such as Aviation & Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automation, Telecom and Utilities,..

During this time, he has consistently contributed to the company’s growth and profitability by combining his strong technical, management knowledge with his dedicated and proactive approach. Mr. Hai was awarded FPT Software’s Best Manager in 2013, FPT Software’s Best Performer of the year and FPT Corporation’s Second Best Performer of the year in 2015.

Andy Do started working for FPT in 2006 as a developer and has been promoted to the management position since 2011. Throughout the time, he has been deployed in different subsidiaries within FPT: UK (2007-2009), Viet Nam (2009-2013), Singapore (2013-2016), Philippines (2016-2018). Before joining FPT Germany as the Head of Delivery in the middle of 2018, he was the Managing Director of FPT Philippines.

With a strong technical background combined with management experience in different sectors and both offshore in Vietnam and oversea markets, Andy Do has been contributing significantly to FPT from both Delivery and Business Development perspectives.

Le Duc Tiep graduated from Hanoi University of Technology with a Bachelor of engineering in Information Technology. He has started working for FPT Software from 2005. Le Duc Tiep has strong IT technical expertise gained from many senior positions at FPT Software, including technical tester (2005-2008), technical test leader (2008-2012), project manager (2012-2017) and business unit leader (2018-2019) of which he managed 300 employees in Hanoi delivery centre. He has experience working with global customers from USA, Singapore, Australia, Netherland and Germany.

As FPT Deutschland’ Deputy Director, Le Duc Tiep is responsible for project quality, project timeliness, resource allocation, productivity and cost of production for customers in the Europe market.

A graduate of Economic University Hochiminh City with the major of Economic Information Processing, Mr. Coi Tran also holds an MBA from RMIT – Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology – International University Vietnam.

He joined FPT Corporation early in 1996, holding different technical positions such as senior software engineer, team leader and project manager. From 2003, he then became the Director of G9 a software development center, before becoming business unit leader in 2013, and then Operation Manager of a FPT Software Strategic Unit in 2015. From 2016, he assumed the Managing Director of FPT Slovakia s.r.o, responsible for this nearshore development center in Europe.

Mr. Martin Mares has been appointed to Managing Director role of FPT Czech s.r.o. since January 2022.

Mr. Martin Mares graduated with master’s degree at the Technical University of Kosice in the Artificial Intelligence Department. Before joining FPT Martin has been working as a programmer in Dynamics NAV in Slovakia and in New Zealand. In 2012 Martin has joined RWE IT Slovakia s.r.o. [former Fpt Slovakia s.r.o.] as Reporting Specialist for QlikView. After the acquisition of RWE IT Slovakia s.r.o. by FPT Software, Martin joined the onsite transition team in Essen in 2015. At the end of 2015 Martin has joined the FPT Slovakia s.r.o. management as a Team Lead in the SAP department. After four years Martin joined the Presales team to support business growth in the SAP area.

Martin has joined FPT Czech s.r.o. which is focusing primarily on SAP service to help the growth of the team into the new FPT delivery center with extended competencies in SAP and other IT areas.

Dr. Jozef (Dodan) Vojtko has been appointed to Vice-Director and Head of Delivery of FPT Slovakia since 2018.

In 2006, Dodan successfully defended his PhD. at Technical University of Kosice, and started his professional career in German multinational utility company RWE, IT division. With his strong background in Informatics and Management, he went through a variety of positions such as Department Leader, or Portfolio Manager, leading more than 250 people. In 2014, he was one of the leaders in the successful M&A of RWE IT Slovakia into FPT and significantly contributed to new company transformation, strategy and global identity.

He is experienced in managing international teams, delivering services and solutions at global level in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom and Asia.

He has consistently contributed to the FPT’s growth and profitability and was highly awarded FPT Software Second Best Performer of 2015. Besides, he has led Supervisory Board of Kosice IT Valley association.

After graduation from Technical University of Košice in 2005, Emil started his career as .NET developer for area of CRM in utilities. He was promoted to several managerial roles in Nearshore center of RWE IT where he developed team of more than 100 colleagues.

He continued to pursue higher-education in Finance, Banking and Investments at the same university, then achieved the international MBA degree at the Open University Business school.

At FPT, Emil started as a Global delivery center leader for FPT SAP unit, covering EU market and managing delivery centers in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Vietnam and Philippines. He was one of key players in M&A activities of RWE IT Slovakia (acquisition by FPT). He has made great attempts in business development professions by winning outsourcing agreement with Innogy in Czech Republic. With the establishment of FPT Czech republic, he has made contracts brought more than 15 million EUR revenue when successfully delivery.

At the present, Emil continues to dedicate himself in business development and with his more than 16 years strong business know-how, he is in charge of managing the biggest utility customer of FPT.

Emil is an enthusiastic leader and always seeks for the best value for customer. He is a manager whose high expectations and trust from colleagues around him.

Pitt Sebens joined FPT Software Europe in March 2021. Started as Director of Customer Relations, he is now responsible as Managing Director Scandinavia for the further development of all activities in Scandinavia.

“AI for business is about to blossom as it and other trending technologies such as cloud computing, Big Data, and the Internet of Things have reached the necessary maturity. With my many years of sales experience in the IT industry, I want to support FPT Software in its further development and positioning in the European IT Services sector. My goal is to expand FPT’s visibility and raise its profile as a consulting and development partner for digitalization,” explains Pitt Sebens.

About Pitt Sebens

53-year-old Pitt Sebens comes with over 23 years of experience in the IT industry. He was responsible for national and international sales positions, among others at Vodafone, Dedicated Micros, EET Europarts.

After 27 years at Mercedes-Benz, Dr. Siegmar Haasis set up his own company, HaasisDEC -Digital Engineering Consulting, in mid-2021.

Dr. Haasis completed his Ph.D. in knowledge-based design systems after training as a toolmaker and studying mechanical engineering and computer science.

In 1995 he joined Daimler AG via the international management associate program.

International project assignments in engineering were followed by positions in production in Untertuerkheim, research in Ulm and Berlin, development in Sindelfingen, and IT in Boeblingen. From 2010-2013, he was CIO Asia/China/Overseas at locations in Singapore and Beijing. From 2013-2021, as CIO R&D Mercedes-Benz, he assumed international responsibility for digitalization in vehicle development.

Highlights of his successfully implemented strategies and projects along the Digitization in Engineering included: Digital Twin in Product Development, Production & Sales/Aftersales, Digital Prototype and CAE Integration, Systems Engineering, VR/AR Integration, and Data Consistency, Software Development and Documentation in the Vehicle and Cloud-based Engineering Data Platforms. The basis of digitization has always been Value Generation.

During the last 15 years, he was also involved in the Association of German Automobile Manufacturers (VDA) in product lifecycle management and was most recently chairman of the working group on digitalization in product development.
